MSC inaugurates first phase of Iran's biggest iron ore concentrator

London—Iran’s largest steel producer, Mobarakeh Steel Co. (MSC), has formally inaugurated the first phase of the nation’s biggest iron ore concentration plant with capacity of 2.5 million mt/year, the Iranian Steel Producers’ Association ISPA said on its website. The total capacity of the new plant will be increased to 5 million mt/ year once the second phase is completed, expected in around 50 days’ time.
