Scrap prices in Italy for July contracts are currently under discussion, with mills are pushing for discounts amid low finished steel demand. Scrap recyclers cited workable levels at Eur245-250/mt, while one Italian buyer said Eur240/mt delivered was workable, while a trading source said Eur235-240/mt delivered was workable.
