London—Recyclers across Europe are reporting significantly lower ferrous scrap collection into their yards, amid the latest lockdowns and restrictions of movement across the continent. “Material is still coming in, but clearly in lower volumes. It is partly due to clearly decreased prices, but also due to restrictions and overall lower industrial activity,” one Baltic exporter said.
