Singapore—The seaborne iron ore market saw more activity Tuesday amid an uptick in speculative interest, but premiums for mainstream medium grade Australian fines remained rangebound. S&P Global Platts assessed the 62% Fe Iron Ore Index at $94/dry mt CFR North China Tuesday, unchanged on the day. The front-month February TSI swap was down 10 cents/dmt on the day at $92.75/dmt Tuesday.
