Singapore—The seaborne metallurgical coal market saw more spot liquidity Wednesday, as prices inched higher alongside PLV spot trades. S&P Global Platts assessed Premium Low Vol up $1/mt at $145/mt CFR China, and the PLV FOB Australia prices were also up $1/ mt at $133/mt Wednesday. Metallurgical coal market saw increased spot activity, with three trades done late Tuesday.
