China Molybdenum’s 2018 moly, cobalt output beats forecast

China Molybdenum’s molybdenum and cobalt production in 2018 was above forecast, the company said in its filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange Friday. CMOC posted moly output of 15,380 mt in 2018, down 8% from 16,717 mt produced in 2017, but above its initial output guidance of 13,500-14,900 mt production, it said.
