Singapore—Seaborne metallurgical coal prices inched lower Tuesday, as new bookings were done at lower levels, in line with decreased offers seen in the spot market. S&P Global Platts assessed Premium Low Vol down 25 cents at $150.50/mt CFR China, and the PLV FOB Australia prices down $1.25/mt at $136.50/mt Tuesday. In China, new bookings were secured by steelmakers for restocking.
