Black Sea pig iron market has been quiet over the past week with no further price movement reported by sources surveyed by S&P Global Platts Friday. Platts assessed its weekly pig iron price at $350/mt FOB Black Sea Friday, stable on the week. “I haven’t heard any new deals at $375/mt CIF New Orleans,” a Russian exporter said about the latest transaction prices. Asking prices remained at $370-$375/mt CIF US.
