Gurgaon—Capesize freight markets continued a bull run in the Pacific and Atlantic Tuesday as owners kept pressure on charterers in both the regions. Although not a lot was being reported out of the Atlantic market, the freight numbers that were being talked were all at higher levels. In the Pacific market, charterers were trying to hold their ground, while owners were heard to increase pressure.
