Mills in South Korea and Vietnam continued to see weak domestic scrap prices for the second straight week, in light of the recent crash in import prices, market sources said. South Korea’s domestic ferrous scrap prices took another beating this week as domestic scrap prices continued to fall, even prior to the expected slowdown during the Chuseok holidays in the country next week, market sources said.
