US issues final duties on Chinese, Indian line pipe

The Department of Commerce on Wednesday issued final affirmative determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of large-diameter welded pipe from China and India.The final dumping margin for Chinese line pipe producers and exporters was set at 132.63%, while the dumping margin for producers and exporters from India was set at 50.55%. Both are in line with preliminary duty rates set by Commerce in August.
