Indian court orders liquidation of Kamineni Steel

An Indian court has ordered the liquidation of bankrupt Kamineni Steel & Power India after a debt resolution plan failed to obtain approval from 75% of the steelmaker's lenders. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal had overruled an order from National Company Law Tribunal which approved the resolution plan after it received approval from 66.67% of the lenders.
