Canada unveils list of retaliatory tariffs on US imports

In response to the US Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum imports, Canada on Friday released a final list of reciprocal surtaxes that will apply to imports of steel, aluminum and other products exported from the US totaling C$16.6 billion ($12.6 billion). Beginning July 1, US steel products will be subject to a 25% import tariff, while imports of other products, including aluminum, will be subject to a 10% tariff, the Canada Foreign Affairs Ministry said.
