Rebar prices in Turkey hit $440/mt EXW with Bastug's hike

The rise in Turkish mills' rebar prices continued on July 22 with a price hike by Bastug Metalurji in a buoyant domestic market. The steelmaker, based in Osmaniye, southern Turkey, opened its lira-denominated domestic rebar order book with Lira 80/mt higher prices. With the company's recent hike, the rise in Turkish mills' rebar list prices reached $20/mt since the beginning of July.
