Most US scrap suppliers maintained a firm outlook for the March scrap buy week set to kick off in the coming week. Mill sources, however, are not yet convinced they will have to pay a premium over February pricing. US sheet mills' $40/st sheet list price increases announced Thursday are lending support to the March scrap expectations from the suppliers' standpoint.
