Trading volume of the London Metal Exchange’s US hot-rolled coil contract eclipsed100,000 st during the week of September 9, with the second most volume traded since itslaunch.The contract has traded a total of 111,070 st since its launch in March with the totalbreaking the 100,000 st market last week, its second busiest week. The contractregistered 12,810 st of interoffice trades, up from 11,870 st traded during the week ofSeptember 2.
