As end-user demand for rebar in Turkey's domestic market remained slow, stockistslowered their offer prices on Thursday, while some mills pulled down their domestic scrap-buying prices further. Stockists' rebar offers to the domestic market fell slightly to as low as Lira 2,750-2,770/mt, including 18% VAT, equating to $408-$412/mt without VAT, depending uponregion.
