Iranian Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri formally inaugurated a 1 million metric tons/yearsteel billet plant and two 2.5 million mt/year pellet-making plants in Kerman province,according to domestic news agencies.The projects were conducted by Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Co.(Midhco) with a total investment of about $712 million.
