Chinese CRC export prices stable in slow market

China's cold-rolled coil export prices remained flat this week amid stable China domestic prices and slow overseas buying activity, as both sellers and buyers remained in wait-and-see mode. S&P Global Platts assessed SPCC grade 1 mm thick CRC at $482.50/mt FOB China Tuesday, stable week on week. The spread between CRC and commercial grade hot-rolled coil export prices widened $3/mt over the same period to $55.50/mt.
