Uniqueness guarantees for phase retrieval from discrete windowed fractional Fourier transform

In this paper, we study the phase retrieval problem of signals in the case when the measurements are coming from a discrete windowed fractional Fourier transform. We prove that under appropriate conditions, discrete windowed fractional Fourier transform allows phase retrieval. Moreover, for non-vanishing signals, we show that the conditions that discrete windowed fractional Fourier transform allows phase retrieval can be weakened. (C) 2018 Elsevier GmbH.
