In this paper, TU-1900 dual-beam ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, APTC-2 Peltier constant temperature controller and CH19-1 constant temperature pool rack were used to build a non-room temperature spectra measurement platform, and the effect of temperature on the spectral characteristics of liquid multicomponent mixtures was analyzed. A qualitative analysis model for liquid multicomponent mixtures was established based on the absorption index spectra of samples and combined with principal component analysis and Mahalanobis distance discriminant method. The adaptability of the qualitative analysis model to non-room temperature condition was investigated. The results show that it is feasible to establish a qualitative analysis model based on absorption index spectroscopy, and the model has certain adaptability to the interference caused by temperature change.
