Cuadrilla Set to Frack UK Shale Wells

UK shale gas explorer Cuadrilla Resources has been given the green light by the government to frack a second horizontal shale exploration well at its Preston New Road exploration site in Lancashire, northwest England. The company received final government consent in July to hydraulically fracture Britain’s first horizontal shale gas well at Preston New Road.
