Petrobras FPSO at Lula Pre-Salt Field Begins Production

Petrobras and Royal Dutch Shell have initiated production from the P-69 floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel at Brazil,s Lula field in the offshore pre-salt formation.The FPSO works in Brazil,s Santos Basin in the extreme south of Lula,290 km (180 miles) off the coast of Rio de Janeiro at a depth of 2,150 meters (7,050 feet).
