The March gas futures contract closed in the mid-$2.50s per million Btu Friday, holding onto that significant support level for now. But unless bullish storage fundamentals catch fire, the contract could be teetering on a plunge as production remains elevated and warmer weather is forecast to move in for the second half of February.
