Prices for Canadian crude oil have tumbled against other grades in the wake of a winter storm that forced a major pipeline to run at reduced rates. Benchmark Western Canadian Select (WCS) on Friday posted a discount of roughly $15.75 against US marker West Texas Intermediate, compared to an average $12.30 spread in the third quarter.
