WPX Finds Open Bond Market

Offering the suggestion that at least the debt markets are opening up to certain US producers, WPX Energy is making a debt offering of $500 million in senior unsecured notes due in 2027, the proceeds of which it would use to purchase up to $450 million in aggregate principal of the company’s 2022-23 notes.
