India’s state-owned refiner Indian Oil is in talks with Iran for the renewal of its annual supply contract,as it wants to continue buying from Iran due to attractive terms. However,the supplied volumes will depend on whether the US extends waivers on sanctions that would enable buyers to continue lifting volumes after the expiry of the current waivers in May(OD Jan.17’19).
