Dallas Fed Sees Less US E&P Spending in 2020

Oil-field activity in the US continued to decline in the fourth quarter of 2019 and most companies look poised to keep spending levels at a minimum in 2020, according to a closely watched quarterly survey published by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Services firms are likely to feel the largest impacts from reductions in E&P spending, the survey found.
