Last month’s attacks on Saudi oil facilities underscored a remarkable level of resilience in oil markets, a top US State Department official says. "We have to give credit to Saudi Aramco for getting things back on line,” US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Frank Fannon told Energy Intelligence’s Oil & Money conference in London Thursday. He sidestepped questions about whether the US has plans to further bolster security in Saudi Arabia to deter more attacks.
