Mexican authorities have reportedly issued an arrest warrant for a former head of national oil company Pemex as part of a corruption investigation. On Tuesday afternoon, Mexico’s Notimex news agency reported that a federal judge had called for the detention of Emilio Lozoya, who served as Pemex’s CEO from 2012-16 during the government of former President Enrique Pena Nieto.
