DCR Inks $165M Permian Drilling Deal

Oil-field financier Development Capital Resources (DCR) has struck a $165 million deal with a private operator in the Permian Basin to fund drilling in the Wolfcamp Shale in return for a working interest in the wells. Drilling under the agreement is under way and will continue into next year, DCR said.
