Most foreign oil companies have evacuated staff and closed their offices as turmoil continued in Libya Monday, with security forces continuing to fire on anti-government protesters throughout the country including in the capital Tripoli, following the regime's loss of control in the eastern cities of Benghazi and Al-Bayda after heavy fighting.
