The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has fined TCP Group $514,000 over multiple explosions and fires that erupted in late November at a petrochemical complex in Port Neches, Texas. The accident left three workers injured and hundreds of businesses and houses damaged (OD Nov.28’19). OSHA levied three “willful violations” amounting to $514,000 against TPC.
