Subsea 7 Gets New CEO in Management Shakeup

Oslo-listed Subsea 7 has named a new CEO as part of a broader management shakeup at the offshore manufacturing and installation firm. Longtime COO John Evans took over as CEO after a promotion effective Jan. 1. He had been Subsea 7'ss COO since 2005. He replaces Jean Cahuzac, who retired at the end of 2019 after serving as Subsea 7'ss CEO since April 2008. Cahuzac remains on the board of directors as a nonexecutive director.
