Oil producer Continental Resources saw its stock plummet this week after issuing guidance and a free-cash-flow outlook that fell short of investor expectations. The stock opened about 25% lower in trading on Thursday after Continental released results Wednesday night. It partially recovered but was still down close to 16% Thursday afternoon.
