WETHERBY,England-Arkema has announced it will acquire Lambson Ltd.,a Wetherby-based specialty chemicals manufacturer that advertises itself on its website as a global provider of raw material solutions.Lambson specializes in photoinhibitors for curing,supplying markets such as electronics,3D printing,digital ink,composites and high-performance coatings,according to an Arkema news release.Lambson's products will complement Arkema's Sartomer unit.The firm said that the deal will speed up Sartomer's development in the photocure resin market while strengthening Sartomer's product portfolio,Arkema said.
