摘要

C60 tetragonal crystal sheets (C60TCS) were selectively synthesized on different substrates through evaporation of chloroform, which was used as the solvent of C60. Structural analysis results indicated that C60TCS, with lateral sizes in microns, was a single crystal with a face-centered cubic (fcc) lattice structure and a larger Bragg d-spacing than that of pristine C60. The existence of residual chloroform in C60TCS might partake in the C60 lattice sites through interaction between C60 and CHCl3. C60 could also form hexagonal sheets when CCl4 or the mixture of CHCl3 and CCl4 in a volume ratio of 3 : 4 was used as the solvent.
