摘要

Based on a coumarin platform modified with morpholine and 2,4-dinitrobenzosulfonyl groups, a lysosome-targeted turn-on fluorescent probe CMDN has been rationally designed and synthesized to detect H2S via the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) mechanism. The probe CMDN has a rapid response to analytes and is capable of detecting H2S in aqueous and living biological systems through a turn-on fluorescence signal. Furthermore, with a specific location group, CMDN can be well localized in cell lysosomes with a high colocalization coefficient, visualize exogenous and endogenous H2S in cells and detect H2S in zebrafish.
