摘要

Russian oil companies have revised their plans for shipping barrels along the Zapolyarye-Pur-Pe and Kuyumba-Taishet pipelines launched by national operator Transneft in early 2017 due to lower-than-expected development activity at fields designed to supply lines. Transneft boss Nikolai Tokarev recently told journalists that shipments via the 300,000 b/d Zapolyarye-Pur-Pe line, the last in a chain of pipes linking fields in West and East Siberia with the trunk pipeline network, should not exceed 6 million metric tons (120,500 b/d) this year.
