After a slow start compared to its compatriots, Russia’s Gazprom Neft is taking a more proactive approach as it aims to attract partners to share the uncertainties and risks facing the industry. The aim is to find technological solutions to reserves that are becoming more complex and expensive to develop, and keep its industry position among the top 10 publicly traded oil companies in line with its re- cently approved strategy to 2030.
