Far less ultra-low-sulfur diesel(ULSD)could come out of Russia in October than traders initially thought,which would help take some of the pressure off Europe's coronavirus-paralyzed diesel market.Latest loading figures suggest only 953,000 metric tons of Russian ULSD will load at the main Baltic port of Primorsk in October,about 25% less than September's upwardly revised 1.268 million tons.
