Cussons buys spa star with The Sanctuary

Nearly two months after it put itself up for sale,UK spa operator and manufacturer The Sanctuary has found a new home.PZ Cussons has bought The Sanctuary Spa Holdings for pound 75m in cash from its majority owner,private equity group Hg Capital.The acquisition brings Cussons a highly successful line of beauty and body care products sold under The Sanctuary brand and The Sanctuary Spa,the UK's largest day spa based in Floral Street in London's Covent Garden.
