TORONTO-listed Chariot Resources Ltd will be purchased by China Sci-Tech Holdings Ltd after the two parties agreed to a takeover this week. Owner of a 70% stake at the Mina Justa copper project in Peru, Chariot said last year it would look for a buyer due to pressure from shareholders.
