One giant leap for GHD

GHD, an Australia-based project management and engineering consultancy with global reach, has just got bigger by swallowing smaller rival CRA to create a firm with turnover of more than A$1.5 billion n (US$1.4 billion). One of its biggest priorities is to fatten up its mining-industry client book as it looks to lock in synergies and expand its geographic footprint.
