Imports of stainless steel flanges from China and India are likely tocause injury to domestic producers in the USA, the US InternationalTrade Commission (ITC) has ruled.The ITC announced its unanimous determination of a “reasonableindication” of material injury on Friday September 29. As a result,the US Commerce Department will, therefore, continueanti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations.
