Investindustrial buys majority stake in Selective Beauty

Less than two years after Selective Beauty sold a 45% stake in the company to 3i,the fragrance company has fallen into the arms of another private equity group.Italy-based Investindustrial has bought a 72% stake in Selective through its subsidiary.Perfume Holdings.CB Holding,a new company controlled by Selective cofounder and chairman Corrado Brondi,will hold the remaining 28%.
