Australia retroactively exempts certain zinc-coated steel sheets from trade measures

Certain zinc-coated steel sheets from China, South Korea and Taiwan imported into Australia are no longer subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties with effect from 6 August 2017.Australian authorities announced the retroactive exemption on Tuesday May 29.The decision was the result of an application made by BlueScope Steel (AIS) Pty Ltd last August for a review of the measures.
