UK luxury spa brand Elemis will start 2010, its 20th anniversary year in great shape, says md Sean Harrington. Harrington said the company had responded quickly to the economic crisis in late 2008 with a rigorous cost-cutting exercise and a programme designed to bring the company even closer to its retail partners by assuming responsibility for stock and offering payment terms in dollars, euros and sterling.
