Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) is requesting offers on 0.14 mst (short tons) of coal to be delivered by vessel to the JEA Northside Marine Facility during the first quarter of 2019. In a separate bid package, JEA also is seeking offers on 0.18 mst of petroleum coke (petcoke), also for vessel delivery to the same location, for delivery during the upcoming first quarter. Bids on both requests for proposals (RFPs) are due by 1 pm Eastern Standard Time, 26 November, and the successful bidder will be notified by 3 pm on 5 December.
