Commodity trading company Noble Group is under investigation in Singapore for allegedly providing false or misleading statements and breaches of disclosure requirements. The charges emerged on Tuesday in a joint statement issued by three Singaporean entities, the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
